Sonoma 2014

First time at a race in two years - boy it was great to smell the e85 exhaust! Due to health concerns, I had to curtail movement, so instead of shooting from all the cool photog spots around the course, I chose a pit near my seat in the media center and followed that driver for the weekend. Turns out it was a good call - I chose Simon Pagenaud's pit. He went from mechanical issues and a 15th place qualifying effort on Saturday to a third place podium finish on Sunday!
